预告 | 深度对话亚洲开发银行——北京大学燕京学堂国际组织与全球治理讲座

在经济全球化和世界多极化的大背景下，全球性问题凸显。当前，新冠疫情加速世界百年变局演进，任何国家都无法独善其身。支持多边主义，强化多边体系，以国际组织为主要平台推进全球治理与可持续发展，团结应对全球性挑战成为不少国家的选择。北京大学燕京学堂将和北京大学就业中心国际组织人才办公室共同举办“国际组织与全球治理”讲座，助力青年学子了解国际组织运作机制，开拓国际视野。  

11月2日晚，亚洲开发银行驻中国代表处经济研究和战略规划部主任孟致雅（Ms.Marzia Mongiorgi）将做客燕京学堂与同学们深度交流，分享亚洲开发银行相关工作，探讨中国可持续发展的机会和挑战。

嘉宾介绍

Marzia Mongiorgi is the Head of Economics and Strategy Unit, PRC Resident Mission at Asian Development Banck (ADB). Since 2016, Marzia has been leading strategy development, programming and policy dialogue, knowledge management, and regional cooperation work in the People’s Republic of China (PRC).

Over the years, she has led multidisciplinary teams throughout the project cycle, from identification to design and from implementation to self-evaluation of ADB’s environment, natural resources, agriculture, food security, and rural development strategies and programs in South Asian countries (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka) and South East Asian countries (Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Philippines, and Viet Nam). Her project experience includes designing the first gender-focused loan of multilateral development banks, the first conditional cash transfer in South Asia, and the first Public Private Partnership for agribusiness development in India through a Multitranche Financing Facility.
